【Accommodation Notification】
1、 (CHECK IN):15:00. Please follow the check-in regulations. * Please contact us if you are unable to check in before 20:00 and would like to hold the reservation. If not, your reservation will be canceled without refund. The room will become available to other customers. (CHECK OUT):11:00 on the next day.
2、 Service charge and business tax are included. Breakfast set.(Except breakfast items)
3、 Extra bed for companions older than 10 years old is a must. Extra bed and bedding (90cm * 188cm) will be charged an extra fee of NTD1380(Amenity and breakfast included)/NTD1080(Breakfast is not included)
4、 According to the “Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act”, smoking in the hotel is prohibited. Shall smoking occur inside the hotel room, guests will be charged an additional 2 nights of accommodation fee.
5、 No pets allowed in the hotel.
6、 We provide parking for our guests. (Due to the limited parking space, guest could park your car in nearby public parking lot. The parking fee will be afforded by Red Dot Hotel.)
【Weekdays and holidays】
1、 Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday.
2、 Holidays: Friday, Saturday, and National holidays
3、 Special holidays: New Year Eve, Valentine’s Day, Christmas (including Christmas Eve), Chinese New Year, and long weekends.

【 Preserve Reservation 】
1、 If a natural disaster, including typhoon, traffic break off or other uncontrollable reasons shall occur with an official announcement, room reservations can be preserved for six months.
2、 Your reservation can be postponed only once. Please send your request to service@reddot-hotel.com 14 days before your accommodation date. Your deposit will be reserved for 6 months.

 

Payment Regulation

【Online Reservation 】

The Online reservation system can be used to check for vacancy and price. After filling out the basic information for reservation, you will receive an accommodation order via email. Reservation will be successful after receiving your payment.

【Phone Reservation】

Make a phone call to ask for vacancy and price. Upon giving reservation information, RedDot will send reservation order and payment info through text message. Reservation will be successful upon receiving confirmation after payment.

1、 Payment shall be paid off (100%) via credit card or transfer for both online and phone-call reservation in order to make a reservation.
*The above initial payment is the full room price. If any special situation should occur whereas the initial payment is below the full room price, the fee for both extension and cancellation shall be based on the full room price.
2、 Postponement or cancelation (excluding natural disaster): Please follow the postponing or cancelation regulation in order to proceed. Phone calls are only for inquiries and unable to process postponement or cancelation.
【Payment Method】
Credit Card (For online reservation only)
1、 If you choose to pay via credit card, RedDot will settle accounts on the next day and the payment will be deducted from your credit card in two days.
2、 To ensure the safety of the transaction, the reservation shall be made by the same person paying via credit card. Please show ID card with your credit card upon checking in. (If the guest doesn’t check-in with the person who made the reservation, please show the person’s authentic ID to check in.)

If you would like to pay via credit card authorization sheet, please download the form from our website and fax the completed form within 12 hours after making a reservation. Please call us after your fax to ensure the reservation. Payment via credit card authorization sheet

If you would like to use ATM, please clear the payment within 12 hours after making a reservation. Please call us and tell us your name, date of reservation, last 5 numbers of your account after payment.

【Cancel Reservation 】
1. If the guest would like to cancel, change or adjust reservation 14 days (not including the check-in day) before check-in, full payment could be preserved for 6 months and used next time or requested for a refund.
2. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation 10 days to 13 days before check-in (not including the check-in day), 10% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee. The remaining payment could be preserved for six months and used next time or requested for a refund.
3. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation 7 days to 9 days before check-in (not including the check-in day), 15% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee. The remaining payment could be preserved for six months and used next time or requested for a refund.
4. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation 4days to 6 days before check-in (not including the check-in day), 18% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee. The remaining payment could be preserved for six months and used next time or requested for a refund.
5. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation 2 days to 3 days before check-in (not including the check-in day), 20% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee. The remaining payment could be preserved for six months and used next time or requested for a refund.
6. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation 1 day before check-in (not including the check-in day), 30% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee. The remaining payment could be preserved for six months and used next time or requested for a refund.
7. If the guest would like to cancel, change, or adjust reservation on the check-in day without noticing via email, 100% of the payment will be deducted as the cancelation fee without any refund.


Guest who asks for refund, it depends on what kind of payment you used for booking fees. - For debit card, you will need to pay 2% out of your booking fee for service charge, then you will receive your balance. Such as, your booking fee is NT$3000, service charge is 2%, it will be NT$60.

- For bank transfer payment, a NT$30 service fee will be charged upon asking for refund, then you will receive your balance. (Refund depends on the original price you paid for the booking fee) Thank you!
